Reading from 'A Harvest of Verses'

In December 2018, I was in Lefkosa, Northern Cyprus, for an open mic event. The event was hosted by VOIS Cyprus, a non-profit organization run by foreign students in Northern Cyprus with the aim of providing solutions to the problems facing foreigners studying on the island.

The venue was packed full and the audience was a warm one. I read the poem ‘The Man Who Thought Less of Himself’ from my poetry collection, ‘A Harvest Of Verses’.
